With stunning views across south and west London, a raised deck and plunge pool, the terrace was a bleak swath of grass and decking in desperate need for a client focussed imaginative response.

With a love of deep rich colours and textures, the style was to be elegant yet fashionable.

The scheme includes low level sofas and a generous sun-bed, both with adjustable backs, from the Air series by Manutti The crisp box style seat, back and deco cushions are upholstered in Storm Grey luxury fabric and piped in anthracite.

The frames of the lounge, side tables and freestanding lamps are in burnished brass, tops are a combination of burnished brass with Steven Black stone tops. These luxurious materials bring a touch of elegance to the space.

A stunning Steven Black marble bar with a suspended fridge unit, is supported by three high gloss steel tubes. The bar, a joint design project between our in-house design team and Italian furniture makers Exteta, is the centrepiece of the project.

Despite the best efforts of Covid lockdowns, the first phase was delivered in autumn 2021. We will complete this terrace in time for late Spring 2022 with rugs, ottomans, pots and cushions in a pallete of burnt umber and copper. Meanwhile our ongoing design for the main terraces includes luxurious sofas and fire tables plus a chill out 'club' room of lounge seating and tables lined with hand crafted ceramics.
